Website is Broken/Not Working - Can't Open Editor/Project - Can't Login

The FastPencil website ONLY works properly when accessed with the following internet browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge

Our website DOES NOT function properly when accessed using AOL Explorer and Internet Explorer (IE) - the latter of which was discontinued by Microsoft in 2015, and replaced with Microsoft Edge.

Using AOL Explorer or IE to access the site will cause issues such as crashes, blank screens, features not responding, inability to login, document import issues, and more.
